A conservatory is traditionally a music academy where veterans and novices share space, skills, and ideas to explore and create. |

The Conservatory of Science at the Davidson Institute is envisioned as a state-of-the-art facility—now in the planning stages—not for music, but for the exploration and creation of science. Students, educators, scientists, and members of the general public will come together in this space to engage in topics that captivate them. Here, science literacy is advanced through hands-on, exploratory, and problem-solving experiences. The Conservatory is part of the Clore Garden of Science. To follow is a sampling of Conservatory programs. The Head of this center is Dr. Oren Eckstien. |
