Since 2012, Shiri Tal leads the Davidson Institute’s donor and external relations and develops collaborations with various organizations.

She has extensive experience in resource development and external relations, having worked for over a decade in NGOs in Israel and abroad.

Before joining the Davidson Institute, she served as Head of Resource Development and External Relations at the Batsheva Dance Company, one of the world’s leading dance groups. During her time with Batsheva, she established Batsheva’s Young Friends Association, engaging a younger generation of donors.

Previously, she had volunteered at the resource development department of ACCESS, a non-profit that assists expats in the Netherlands.

Before turning to the non-profit sector, Shiri held several senior management positions in the private sector and worked as a real-estate lawyer.

She has an LLB in law and real estate and a BA in business administration, both from the IDC, Herzliya.
