Flex Your Mind with Flexagons

What does "flexagon" mean? How do you make one? And how many versions, shapes, and types of flexagons are there? Let's bend some rules and find out!

What started as simple fun with paper polygons quickly became a craze for mathematicians and scientists around the world and earned the name "flexagon."
Flexagons come in all shapes, sizes, and colors, and this workshop explores their world from every angle. We will learn the different ways to fold them, discover which features are common to all the flexagons out there, and we'll even learn how to invent new types of flexagons. We will then apply the knowledge we acquired in a strategy game starring flexagons and the best thing is – we get to make up the rules!
