Excellence - a Journey Through Science

What are scientists and researchers currently working on at the Weizmann Institute of Science? Join us as we explore a world brimming with experiments, lectures, and discoveries

This unique program offers participants a taste of a wide variety of scientific topics, complete with tours of leading research laboratories at the Weizmann Institute of Science, the Science Park and Museum, and the Weizmann House.

Through lectures, experiments, tours, lab visits, and the exploration of some of the hottest research topics in today's scientific world, participants learn about atoms, cells, and the law of physics – and did we mention the trip to galaxies far, far away? Along the way, the class also explores a variety of other topics, including material crystals, brain research, microscopy, cellular biology, mechanics, earth sciences and more.

Exploring these issues, we will try to challenge ourselves and ask questions that will allow us to get to the heart of both familiar and unfamiliar scientific phenomena. In addition, as we progress, we will discover where these various topics intersect.
