The National Conference of Scientific Research Projects

Get on stage and present your research projects; first place travels to Sweden

If you are an 11th- or 12th-grade student and have completed your research paper in one of the fields of science, we invite you to present your work at the National Scientific Research Projects Conference, where you may win and get to fly to the international conference in Sweden, meet students from all around the world, and participate in the Nobel Prize ceremony.

The first step is to present your work in under 13 minutes to judges. The 12 most prominent and unique projects will participate in the finals in the National Conference. There, you will present your project again, but this time in English and to an audience of expert judges from the Davidson Institute of Science Education and the Weizmann Institute of Science. If you pass this stage, congratulations – you will be representing Israel at the Stockholm International Youth Science Seminar.

More about the program

The aim of the conference is to give students the opportunity to present their innovative and unique projects and to learn about their peers’ projects. Modeled after the scientific conferences, in which researchers present their findings to their colleagues, this experience will contribute to the students on many levels.
